Compliance and Ethics

What is the efficacy of current models of organizational compliance? What are ESG standards contributing to organizational compliance practices? How have global normative frameworks influenced organizational compliance practices? What can technology contribute to raising organizational compliance standards?

Ensuring the adherence to regulatory standards by entities across society is critical to the success of international law, regulation, and norms. Development of organizational compliance, auditing, and certification systems and practical implementation of organizational compliance programs translate global and national regulatory norms into behavior and operating systems. My work has involved the development of management systems to support adherence to international treaties and other norms.
